Danielle Lowrey, MA
Hello! I'm Danielle. I specialize in working with families and couples. I am a 2014 graduate of LaSalle University's Marriage and Family Therapy program, and I also hold a Bachelor's in Social Work from West Chester University. I have a deep interest in the family system and for strengthening all relationships - whether it be between parent/child, siblings, or marriage.
During our session, I aim to bring a systemic approach into the therapy space. When working with couples, I love to utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy. I am trained in the Symbis Pre-Marital Assessment, and can provide pre-marital therapy to couples beginning their journey to marriage. While relational challenges are my primary focus, my other areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, stress management, and self esteem. In addition to couples, I also work with individual adults, teens, and children (age 5 and over). As a therapist, I hope to create an environment where clients feel able to strengthen their relationships, navigate challenges, and ultimately move forward in a positive direction.
I currently am in the office on weekends only – in an attempt to make therapy accessible to families and couples who work late, have a busy week day schedule, or childcare concerns.
