Jill Braun, M.Ed.
It is my privilege to work with people on their journey to health, healing and peace.

I have worked as a therapist and licensed psychologist in Berks County since 1988. After graduating from Albright College and Lehigh University, I worked for twelve years at the Children's Home of Reading helping adolescents and their families with various mental health and behavioral problems. In 2000, I began working in group private practice, expanding my experience in working with individuals and families.
I enjoy working with older teens and adults struggling with an array of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, stress, and medical issues such as chronic pain. I can help with life transitions, whether it be divorce, retirement, empty nest, or any other big life change. I am also experienced in working with the LGBTQ population.
I use an integrative, creative, and holistic approach that considers the role of mind, body, and spirit in healing and growth. I believe one of the most important aspects in healing is the development of self-compassion. I use a mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral approach to help people develop skills and build confidence in themselves and their ability to navigate life and cultivate joy.
Namaste...the light in me, honors the light in you.
